Beef Stew Meat
Stew meat is made from cuts of beef with lots of tough connective tissue, namely chuck and/or round. When you simmer it in a liquid, the connective tissue breaks down and becomes melt-in-your-mouth tender. Our packages of stew meat are typically about 3/4 lb each.

Due to the varying weight of individual cuts of meat, we cannot charge your exact total until we pull your order. Each individual cut that you order will be charged at $5. This will serve as your order deposit and will be deducted from your final total.
