Short ribs come from the beef chuck portion of a beef animal. Our short ribs are 4” and great for braising, slow cooking, or even grilling!

Due to the varying weight of individual cuts of meat, we cannot charge your exact total until we pull your order. Each individual cut that you order will be charged at $5. This will serve as your order deposit and will be deducted from your final total. After we pull your order an invoice with the remaining balance will be sent via email with final payment due upon receipt.
