Due to the varying weight of individual cuts of meat, we cannot charge your exact total until we pull your order. Each individual cut that you order will be charged at $5. This will serve as your order deposit and will be deducted from your final total. After we pull your order an invoice with the remaining balance will be sent via email with final payment due upon receipt. If your order includes items that are packaged in exact pound increments (bacon, hamburgers, brats, etc.) those items will be charged at the full amount.

Please note that our online ordering system has a $20 order minimum.
